Our first BoostCamp event is getting closer, and now we want to introduce one of our sponsors to you. Foodin is a Finnish family-owned company, who has been importing and producing organic food already since 2009. Foodin created this super delicious, easy and healthy bread roll recipe for us – so you can try it out as well. Of course, Foodin will give us all the needed ingredients so we can bake these to the BoostCamp event as well!
Gluten free bread rolls ala Foodin – super easy, super tasty!
- 3 dl (1,5 cup) of Foodin pumpkin seed flour
- 1 table spoon of Foodin psyllium fibre (“Flohsamen schalen” in German)
- 1 tea spoon of salt
- 3 dl (1,5 cup) of water
- Add on top: pumpkin seeds
Mix all the dry ingredients. Add water and mix well. Wait for 10-15 minutes. Form bread rolls with a spoon or with your hands and place them on a covered baking tray. Decorate breads with some pumpkin seeds. Bake the bread rolls in the oven in 200 °C for about 15-20 minutes. Enjoy with some Ghee (clarified butter) on top.
Pumpkin seed flour is very rich in protein and has a lot of good fatty acids. Pumpkin seeds are also a good source of iron, sink, magnesium and vitamin E. Pumpkin seed flour is naturally gluten free.
