BOOSTCAMP IN FINLAND 21-23 APRIL 2017
Our popular BoostCamp weekend is coming up again! Sports, yoga, nature, challenging yourself and recharging your batteries, not to forget good healthy food and having fun. Everything is planned for you, so you can just forget about everything and be taken care of! Join us for this high energy sports weekend and boost your well-being to the next level!
This time this sporty wellness weekend will be held in beautiful Hanko, in the stunning Finnish archipelago by the sea. The program is planned by real professionals, and it is a great mixture of basic training, challenging strength and HIIT workout and softer yoga, mobility and meditation, all activities suited for all fitness levels. If the weather allows, we will spend most of the days outside. We will start each day with morning exercises and healthy breakfast, and end the day with meditation and relaxation. As well as sport, we will enjoy a delicious range of healthy and nutritious meals, do some health-related workshops, relax in the sauna and also take some time to enjoy and appreciate the great Finnish outdoors. You even have the possibility to take a swim in the sea if you are brave enough!
