BOOSTCAMP IN HANKO, FINLAND, 4-6 MAY 2018
The popular BoostCamp weekend in Hanko, Finland, is coming again in Spring 2018!
Enjoy sports, yoga, nature, challenging yourself and recharging your batteries, not to forget good healthy food and having fun. Everything is planned for you, so you can just forget about everything and be taken care of! Join us for this high energy but still calming sports weekend and boost your well-being to the next level!
The Spring 2018 BoostCamp will be held again in Hanko, Finland on 4-6th May. The stunning Finnish archipelago offers an outstanding environment for a weekend-long sports and wellness getaway.
The program planned by professionals is a great mixture of basic training, challenging strength and HIIT workout and softer yoga, mobility and meditation, all activities suited for all fitness levels. If the weather allows, we will spend most of the days outside. Each day starts with the morning exercise and healthy breakfast. In the evenings we will have a chance to relax and enjoy a guided meditation, and what is superior, we will have sauna each night and also a possibility to get a massage! The preliminary schedule will be published soon.
As well as sports and yoga training, we will enjoy a delicious range of healthy and nutritious meals, do some health and personal development related workshops and also take some time to enjoy and appreciate the great Finnish outdoors. You even have the possibility to take a swim in the sea if you are brave enough!
If you already have participated in our earlier BoostCamps, don´t worry, we will edit the program depending on the group`s needs and interests. You will have a unique experience! This time the program will be planned in three streams: sports, yoga, and nutrition.
