The Autumn 2017 BoostCamp will be held in Hanko, Finland on 22-24 September.  The stunning Finnish archipelago offers an outstanding environment for a weekend-long sports and wellness getaway.

The program planned by professionals is a great mixture of basic training, challenging strength and HIIT workout and softer yoga, mobility and meditation, all activities suited for all fitness levels. If the weather allows, we will spend most of the days outside. Each day starts with the morning exercise and healthy breakfast. In the evenings we will have a chance to relax and enjoy a guided meditation, and what is superior, we will have sauna each night and also a possibility to get a massage! As well as sports training, we will enjoy a delicious range of healthy and nutritious meals, do some health-related workshops and also take some time to enjoy and appreciate the great Finnish outdoors. You even have the possibility to take a swim in the sea if you are brave enough!

If you already have participated in our earlier BoostCamps, don´t worry, we will edit the program depending on the group`s needs and interests. Also this time, you will have a unique experience!

Activities: Functional Training, Core-training, HIIT, Yoga, Bodyweight Training, Running technique, Mobility & Flexibility, Meditation, Sauna and much more

Price:  299 € / person ALL INCLUSIVE

Included in the price: Accommodation for two nights (shared rooms), breakfast, lunch, dinner + snacks, all activities, all workshops, sauna, motivation and individual guidance

Accommodation: Shared rooms (2-4 beds in each room) and shared bathrooms. Bed linen and towels are included!

19-20 Yoga

20:00 Dinner

21:00 -> Sauna + Get to know each other + Relaxation/meditation

Saturday:

7:30 Morning cardio

8:00 Breakfast

9:30-10:30 Bodyweight training

10:30-11:30 Cardio + HIIT

12 Lunch

13-14 (own time)

14:00-14:45 Fascia training  + mobility

15-16:45 Mindfulness/ meditation practise + Workshop

16:45-17 Tabata

17:00 Dinner

18:30 – 19:30 Yin Yoga

20:00 Evening snack

20:30 Sauna + meditation

Possibility to have a massage (extra cost of 25€)
