It is already a while ago when we had our second BoostCamp weekend. This time we were enjoying the beautiful landscapes of the Finnish archipelago in Hanko, southern Finland. Since I think pictures tell more than thousands of words, here you go. This is how our BoostCamp in Hanko in April was:
Starting the day around 4 pm with vegan and sugar-free black bean brownies and smoothies, then starting to warm up, do sports, get to know each other, and after an intensive Tabata session, we cooled down with yoga and sauna.
Our second day started with an easy morning flexibility and cardio. After the breakfast (which was porridge, eggs, freshly squeezed juice, nuts, and berries), we had a very nice meditation session instructed by Milla. The day followed with different kind of sports, including mobility and army boot camp sessions, and again, we ended the day relaxing in the sauna and having massages.
Morning yoga, then breakfast, nutrition lecture, running technique, learning the importance of recovery, more yoga and meditation. I think everybody was having sore muscles already and forgotten all the everyday tasks. Like one client said: the body feels heavy and tired, but the mind is relaxed and happy.
During the weekend, we ate a lot of food, and there was some time to rest, take a nap or walk in the forest.
