Last Saturday we had our first MiniBoostCamp in Berlin. We were very lucky with the weather: the sun was shining when we started, and the rain came just after the camp was over. Despite the early starting time (10 am on Saturday), 20 eager participants joined. I think everyone was doing a great job and at least I had a lot of fun
The program of this BoostCamp was the following:
15 min WARM UP
30 min HIIT (Tabata)
30 min STRENGHT (Resistance training without weights)
20 min STRECH AND RELAX
Was nice to see so many energetic sporty faces in the event! We try to do this on a regular basis from now on, the next event being hopefully in May or June. Keep on eye on our website to get more information about our events!
