Berlin MiniBoostCamp 16.4.2016!

Last Saturday we had our first MiniBoostCamp in Berlin. We were very lucky with the weather: the sun was shining when we started, and the rain came just after the camp was over. Despite the early starting time (10 am on Saturday), 20 eager participants joined. I think everyone was doing a great job and at least I had a lot of fun :)

The program of this BoostCamp was the following:

15 min WARM UP
30 min HIIT (Tabata)
30 min STRENGHT (Resistance training without weights)

Was nice to see so many energetic sporty faces in the event! We try to do this on a regular basis from now on, the next event being hopefully in May or June. Keep on eye on our website to get more information about our events!

    Really enjoyed the bootcamp. Good instructor and good workout. Still feel my muscle pain. :)

    I really liked it and would def. join following boostcamps. The exercises were really good and the whole schedule was put together very effectively. Anni was a great instructor with a positive energy :).

    The work out was really fun and it felt pretty effective! I liked the idea of working out in the park. Anni gave good instructions and I am pretty motivated to participate at the next boostcamp – I hope there will be one soon! :)

    Yes! This is exactly what I was still missing in Berlin: a good, fun, outdoor, bootcamp! I would love for this to take place every week, I would definitely participate. The training gave me a good muscle ache!
